Te Manu Tīoriori Trust (The Musical Theatre Trust of New Zealand) is dedicated to creating and developing original musical theatre by, of and for the people of Aotearoa.

The tūī is Aotearoa’s native songbird therefore a perfect fit for musical theatre. Tūī have two voice boxes which they have great control over. TMTT actively celebrates both of Aotearoa / New Zealand’s official spoken languages: Te Reo Māori and English.
